      <title>Wifi Router not arrived</title>

      <description>I ordered my wifi a few weeks ago now and my going live date was set for 14 October 2022. I received a message on 12 October stating my router had been dispatched and yet I have not received it! I understand Royal Mail are on strike but I’ve received other parcels. Slightly concerning given I’ve been paying for this wifi now since Friday but I’ve not been able to use it yet. I can’t get through on the helpline and it seems impossible to chase Royal Mail without a tracking number. When can I expect my router?&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@3681646702FDFD32BCA97E2E5F1BDDD5/images/emoticons/huh.gif" alt="Huh" title="Huh" /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah, OK. I was hoping you would say BT, as their equipment can be used on Plusnet, TalkTalk can't. To be honest, the post is all over the place - I've had stuff posted the day before arrive and other items taking 7-10 working days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
