      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good luck, my order was delayed on the 6th and I'm still not connected plusnet say its a supplier issue and there's nothing they can do hope you get yours sorted &lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/45633"&gt;@Gandalf&lt;/a&gt; hopefully you can get this sorted quicker than mine has been.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm really sorry for the delay with your order. I see you've since been in touch and we've confirmed your activation date for 26th October which I'm afraid we can't bring forward as we're taking over a working line from another provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
