&lt;P&gt;It would probably be faster to phone Plusnet and wait in the queue as the response times on the forums can be a little slow. The average time for a staff response was 3 days earlier this week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband activation delayed</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My broadband was meant to be activated yesterday 06/10/2022 after moving from Sky. The broadband wasn't activated yesterday after getting a text that it would be activated by midnight, I tried for hours last night and this morning to get through by phone with no success.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This morning I received a text that the activation has been delayed with no explanation and no due date. Please can someone help with this as I'm now without internet for the forseeable future.</description>
