      <description>Hi there, I've received an email saying my broadband should be ready - upon setup my plusnet hub two seems to stay blue for about 2 minutes, and then switches to a steady orange.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be appreciated.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I appreciate how long it's taking and I'm really sorry again for the delay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The latest update is Openreach have accepted the escalation and they're working to complete the order as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't have anything further than this I'm afraid but we're expecting another update tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once I know more I'll be sure to let you know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
