£75 gift card not received

Hello, I've recently joined plusnet and when I signed up it said I'd receive a £75 rewards card but I've still not received anything? Will it come in the post or will it be emailed etc? Thank you

Hi there, once your service has been activated you'll then receive an email within 10 working days which will have a link for you to redeem the reward card.

Don't get your hopes up, been with them for a couple of months now and still had nothing, after numerous phone calls and being fobbed off every single time, they have still not sent me an email or been in touch, they have until Friday to sort it otherwise they're not getting another penny off me and I will go elsewhere, disgusting way to treat new customers if you ask me

I clicked on your link and got NOWHERE!! I don't like doing business with companies that give me the runaround! This card should have been sent out ages ago.
