    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, I need help with my order please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the first time I join Plusnet and I made my order online yesterday as there was a special offer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been a day and I've still not received a confirmation email nor can I log in to the online account that I created while I made the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know my first payment went through yesterday but I don't know what happened to my order as they can't find an account that associates with my email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried using the chat which they have asked me to call the Plusnet Provisioning Team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was put on hold for a long time with no one to answer!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help as I don't know if my order went through or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
