    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the order tracker isnt showing any active orders and I havent had any info since the confirmation for 16th Sep. I also havent yet received the router, so was hoping the order tracker would let me know if one had been dispatched yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something which can be done to get an update on if the router has been shipped and if my order is on track for Friday 16th Sep.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MIke&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm really sorry for the confusion over your router and I have check the account for you, it has been dispatched today. The router should be with you in the next 3 to 5 working days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
