      <title>Incredibly frustrating</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I've got a new order on but there's a problem with the line due to Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a timescale, there's no online chat or email support and contacting by phone usually takes a minimum of 30 minutes up to an hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This really wasn't the level of service I expected from Plusnet!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
