    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is the second time that I try to sign up for the BT Sports app offer via Plus Net, and once again I cannot get the BT Sports App activated despite have followed all the steps, including creating a new BT sports profile. This was on Friday, and I still get no access to the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is worth mentioning that I have sent emails to support, DM messages to twitter and called five times spending lots of times in hold, and it is simply impossible to contact you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am also noting that many people has had problems activating their BT Sports App, which suggest that there is an ongoing issue that should be addressed, let alone the costumer service experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It looks like we got back to you on Twitter and you've said that BT helped activate the app for you.&lt;/P&gt;
