      <description>&lt;P&gt;My router has not arrived and my broadband is due to switch over on monday 5th&amp;nbsp; September.&amp;nbsp; I cannot get through to anyone on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Not a good start for a new customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the supplied ISP router allows changing the PPoE credentials then you can continue using that in the interim.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Enter your plusnet username in the format as follows: username@plusdsl.net and the password.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The router was dispatched last Wednesday and sent via Royal Mail First Class so should definitely have arrived by now &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@3681646702FDFD32BCA97E2E5F1BDDD5/images/emoticons/huh.gif" alt="Huh" title="Huh" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do know that Royal Mail workers are running a series of strikes which are impacting deliveries? Also if you can lay hands on a BT HH6 it will give excellent performance on Plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This didn't include yours though which was dispatched on the last of the recent strike days. It was assumed that 3 days (exluding today and date of dispatch) was enough time for it to arrive, even in the aftermath of the strikes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
