&lt;P&gt;The way your address is formatted in the system, means it has populated the first line of your address in the format: -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Flat &amp;lt;flat number&amp;gt;-&amp;lt;road number&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;road name&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;e.g: -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Flat 1-50&lt;BR /&gt;Something Road&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I imagine that makes it quite difficult for the postie to figure out where the parcel needs to go.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I notice you have requested a replacement via support, however they seem to have ordered the replacement against the same malformed delivery address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've cancelled the replacement order and submitted a new order against a more sensibly-formatted address. Should turn up tomorrow all being well and you may receive an email or two about it.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I had an email on the 10 dating my router has been sent. But I still haven't got it yet. Other emails say phone and broadband are up.and running, but I can't connect (obviously). My original order had been from 29th July. I've been waiting a while to get connected.</description>
