Switching to Plusnet

Last week I spoke to someone from Plusnet about when the best date to switch from my current provider would be, to avoid any breaks in service. My current contract ends on 23rd August, and they advised switching today (8th). My confirmation email says that my Plusnet broadband will be up and running on 25th August. Is this accurate?

Hi there,

Yes I can see we're due to takeover your line on the 24th August so your broadband should go live by midnight/25th.
