    <description>Thanks for putting my issue in the right section although I still haven’t received any information and the phone lines are terrible. I still haven’t even received my router never mind internet itself and I desperately need this sorting to prepare for university in September</description>

      <description>I have now received two messages saying my order has been delayed and my internet should have been connected two days ago going by the 7 day connection. Can anybody advise why there are delays as can’t get through on the phone. An email explaining would have been better.</description>
