    <description>Are you going for the same service that you have with your existing provider?&lt;BR /&gt;If so it should be a straightforward switch over without any interruption to your service.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New customer here. Signed up several days ago and my contract with my previous provider ends in a few days. No updates yet as to when the modem is sent&amp;nbsp; or when the connection will go live. All I see is "order processing" in my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
