      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning &lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/113355"&gt;@kwhelpton&lt;/a&gt;, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry for the delayed response, and for the delay in getting your services up and running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So I've just had a look into the account, and can see that the first order we put in to restart the stopped line at the address needed to be cancelled, and then re-issued.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The initial order did not progress because it encountered what we call a LORN matching delay, meaning the phone and broadband orders did not match up in our supplier's system, in order to progress simultaneously.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;not to worry, the orders have been replaced, and have progressed successfully, your services will be going live on 22/07/2022, this Friday &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
