    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over 3 plusnet accounts and several weeks and multiple orders many excuses and explanations and still no broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CEO Complaints involved but we seem to be going round in circles orders placed stuck in system wait to clear then reorder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my address is a basic one but the neighbours have bb by bt and plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help with why this is happening in 2022 ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the delayed response first of all, it's really disappointing to see that there's been issues not just with one but 3 accounts, I can't imagine how frustrating that must be.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Our complaints team will no doubt already be on the case and are in the best position to help you, please feel free to send me a PM with the usernames though so I can check and make sure that we're doing absolutely all we can for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
