Engineer didnt show up

Engineer was supposed to come between 8am and 1pm today to install broadband. Got a call at half 12 saying they think someone is on there way and they would call me back. Never rang me back. Got another call at 12.50 saying the engineer would be late and they couldn't give me a time. None of the numbers can be called back so I don't have a clue what I'm supposed to do about it?! Help. Can't take days of work for noone to show
