Fibre to fibre extra upgrade time

Hi, how long usually before the upgrade happens? I changed on the 3rd, and the email said it would happen on the 4th, but I’m still getting the speed before the upgrade. When I log into my account I have the following msg at the top;

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.

Hi @twelon, I'm really sorry for any confusion, I've just checked and the upgrade is actually due to go ahead tomorrow on the 8th. Please get back to us after that if there's any issues or if you have any other questions in the meantime.
