At wit's end! Does the £70 rewards card even exist

I joined Plusnet in January 2022 for broadband and line rental for £21.95 a month and a £70 plus net rewards card.

The plus net rewards card has never arrived.

I have phoned on nine occasions to recieve my £70 Plusnet rewards card as advertised. Please see dates below.

The call handlers have escalated my query to managers on numerous occasions and have been promised a call back, which never occurs. The call handlers have also issued numerous complaints on my behalf, again I never recieve a response.

I am at my wit's end! If I dont receive a response this week, I have no option but to contact the ombudsman.
