Hi there, New user and my account went live end of Feb, still haven’t received my reward card email. Nothing in my junk folder or links on any emails I’ve received. When will i get the email please?

The exact thing happened to me i joined in february with there being a £75 voucher being given upon joining. I called up asking where it was to be told it could take upto 30 days....2months later still nothing. I called upto ask and been told i wont get the voucher as its not on my file and seems many many other people have been conned like this aswel mate
