In your case, <a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18089">@jab1</a> is correct and your phone and broadband orders will go live on the same day. Though for the benefit of others that might read this thread, this isn't always the case.&nbsp;</P> <P>If an address has been identified as a Silver Key Address, or even a Bronze Key that we need to manually build into the system, we'd place a WLR (phone) order first.
