In your case, &lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18089"&gt;@jab1&lt;/a&gt; is correct and your phone and broadband orders will go live on the same day. Though for the benefit of others that might read this thread, this isn't always the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;If an address has been identified as a Silver Key Address, or even a Bronze Key that we need to manually build into the system, we'd place a WLR (phone) order first. Once the line and the phone service has been installed, we'd then place the broadband order based on the landline number that has been installed. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
