&lt;P&gt;It looks this this was stuck in our system but I've freed it now and you should get the Hub Two within 3 to 5 working days.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;If there's anything else you'd need help with in the meantime, feel free to let me know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my fibre to fibre extra and paid the postage and packaging fee for the new hub 2 router. That was back on 2nd February and the router has not arrived.&lt;/P&gt;
