I've had a look over the account this evening and I can see that the prices on the new contract will be as detailed &lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_service_notice&amp;amp;id=554131726" target="_blank"&gt;on this service notice.&lt;/A&gt; I can see the other email that you're referring to, however this seems to have automatically generated without any of the discounts having been taken into account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Moving house so spoke to plusnet agent everything seemed to go smooth, had the usual 10 emails after reading through them I noticed 1 said after my house move my bill would be £43.50 and not £27.00 as agreed on the phone when I took a new 24 month contract out. I have read similar stories I hope this is not he start of a bad agreement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also agreed on a new router in the deal, at a loss really I though it went straight forward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
