    <description>Hi. just orderd a bb update to faster bb and the moment and i paid for the router delivery went through my bb was cut off even though new bb will not be ready until 16th. also i did this online . can anyone help??? thanks .</description>

I've just checked out the account and it looks like you've been in touch with our Technical Support Team, and a fault has been found on the line. I've reviewed the fault and can see that Openreach are wanting to arrange an engineer visit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;When you have a moment, please could you pop a note on the open fault &lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&amp;amp;id=222692597" target="_blank"&gt;ticket &lt;/A&gt;as to when you'll be free for an engineer visit. Appointments are between Monday - Friday, either 8AM - 1PM, or 1PM - 6PM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
