      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m a new customer &amp;amp; join your broadband service on 17th February 2022,&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;up to now (8th March 2022), I didn’t receive any activation email &amp;amp; router about my&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;services. Checking my online account only shows {strCustActivationDate} so I don't know when the broadband will become active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone&amp;nbsp;confirm my date for me please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
