    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently placed an order for PN Broadband. Due to the previous broadband/cable provider for the property being Virginmedia, an Openreach engineer has been booked to visit the property to set up the new line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I received a text from Openreach to confirm with me the visit date or to reschedule it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, with my PN also being my mobile provider, I can't actually reply to Openreach's 5 digit short number, to confirm the date. I don't want to end up with the job being cancelled if Openreach require this confirmation one way or the other.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are staff at PN able help confirm the job to go ahead with Openreach?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is resolved now, thank you. Or perhaps I should have been more patient. Openreach were able to call me and confirm the booking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
