It has just occired to me I have not recieved my reward card... I did apply via the link, but I have not recieved it. I became a customer at the end of Sepbember last year.

Please advise on how to get my reward card

Good luck I was promised one over the phone is I switched, I did. And 6 weeks later still nothing. So I phoned again and spoke to someone quite unpleasant who told me I didn't put a code in so won't get it...which is nonsense...lovely people.
