      <title>No Go-live date</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently decided to switch to Plusnet from Talktalk and my order is currently being processed, however, on my Member centre home page there is no Go-live date:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H3 class="pn-mc-tertiary-title"&gt;"Your Plusnet Fibre broadband order&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P class="pn-mc-description"&gt;We'll arrange for your fibre broadband&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;service to be installed. &lt;STRONG&gt;This will happen on&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="pn-mc-description"&gt;If your preferred appointment date isn't available, we'll call you within a week to make alternative arrangements."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="pn-mc-description"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="pn-mc-description"&gt;There is no date for installation and I was just wondering if there was any way of confirming when my broadband will be live?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance for any help!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Nicola&lt;/P&gt;</description>
