      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like our suppliers have had to push the upgrade date back:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;Customer Required by Date: 17/02/2022. 
Completion Planned Date: 25/02/2022. 
This is the date we can deliver your service. 
Contractual Delivery Date: 25/02/2022 23:59:59.&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The system doesn't ship the router until closer to the completion date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've given it a manual nudge though so it should arrive in the next couple of days (you can use it with the existing service).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You shouldn't be charged for the newer package until the physical upgrade work is complete.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Dear Bob &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you unfortunately I was not notified that openreach have delayed the upgrade by 1 week. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks I have received router dispatch email &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That's been a 2 week wait however for the upgrade from ADSL. I also faced a 2 week delay for openreach to connect me to ADSL &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway I appreciate your update &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards</description>
