    <description>&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the lack of communication fro our end here:@mooneyb3, I'm not sure why our system hasn't sent you the activation date.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I've had a look at the orders though and can confirm that your broadband is due to go live at any point up to midnight.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, was hoping to get some clarification on my expected activation date? Currently I just have the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;{strCustActivationDate} error that seems to happen sometimes. Finding it difficult in our new apartment at the moment without broadband or mobile data. Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
