    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm transferring from another broadband provider and today at exactly 12am my old broadband stopped working. I've received a text this morning informing that my line was activated but still I have no broadband. My line was supposed to start working today. When I connect the router I have a blue light for about 1 minute but then It goes back to orange. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
