      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My broadband is due to be activated today, but so far only my phone line was transferred through whereas my broadband is still yet to be activated, with no updates from Plusnet at all which is disappointing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone have a look into this for me please?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI AJ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I eventually gave the CS line a call and the issue was the order was stuck at the activation stage, requiring a manual activation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is working now but it does seem to be a fairly common issue, the stage where the order was stuck at was:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Activating your line {strCustActivationDate}&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps others in the similar situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
