Just signed up for Plusnet Unlimited Fiber extra and there was no option to select KEEP MY NUMBER on the sign up form...How can I arrange for this to happen please ?

@Flakeyman Welcome to the forum.

You need to ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and ask them. They will probably need to cancel your order and start again.

There's rarely much of a wait on this phone number.
