    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed my order for fibre extra on 30/12/21. Initial live date was for 07/01/22.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which was pushed back to the 10/01/22. Which was a good thing because the router hadn't arrived.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This was then pushed back to the 14/01/22 .The email said the engineer would need access to the premises in the morning.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Waited in all morning and nothing. Called PN who said engineer does not need to visit but order would be completed on 14/01/22 as advised by Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Still no activation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It looks like Openreach missed the initial activation date, which has meant we've had to re-appoint an engineer visit to get the fibre installation completed. Notes on our end now indicate that this is set to take place on Wednesday.&lt;/P&gt;
