      <title>Call plan missing</title>

      <description>When signing up for my Broadband, I also included the call plan for Evening and Weekend calls, this showed on my final order online and the payment screen. I have now received the welcome letter from Plusnet and my Phone Plan show as Line Only.&lt;BR /&gt;When I access my details online it shows nothing as I'm informed my order is still being created.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the Welcome letter showing the wrong details?&lt;BR /&gt;I luckily took a screen shot of my laptop when finalising the order online.&lt;BR /&gt;I would be pleased if someone from Plusnet could investigate this for me.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Graeme Anderson</description>
