Hi just wondering if someone can help, I called yesterday about what date my broadband will go live I was told it would go live today, will I recieve a text or email saying it is live and ready to set up ? Or do I have to plug everything in and wait until it’s ready to use just unsure when to plug everything in . Thank you

Wait until you are told it's ready to go. It could be any time up until midnight. If you plug it in early you might get a blue light showing that Openreach have done their bit but it then needs Plusnet to set up their systems before you get a connection to the Internet.
