&lt;P&gt;I've just taken a look into this and I can see that whilst I was investigating, the orders completed and the services are now live!       <title>Fibre activation plan</title>

      <description>Hi, with the call centre down I’m struggling to get an update on my change from Sky Fibre to Plusnet Fibre. I think that today was supposed to be the target date, but I can’t find a record. However, I woke today to find that Sky has disconnected my internet and phone (which was a bit of a surprise!). I have my Plusnet router, but I don’t know how long I will be without phone and internet access. My order status is at the “activating line” stage with no date. Thanks, Chris</description>
