New order not yet activated

Hello I was supposed to move from broadband to fibre today but this has not yet happened.

Also I have not received an update since I placed the update order.

Can someone pleaee update me when my fibre will be active?

Hey @maggieb39

Thanks a lot for reaching out. Looks lime you've been in touch with our Provisioning Team and have been advised that it's due to be upgraded on 02/11/2021. We did request the account change for today but all FTTC orders are subject to engineer availability, hence the short delay.
