Hi, I wonder if someone can help me I am due to leave my existing provider and join Plusnet on the 22/10/2021 however I was wondering if I could change the activation date to the 1/11/2021 as my existing provider has said that if I do this I won't be held to my contract with them I only put the order through yesterday
