      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What a mistake joining plusnet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Engineer can to connect me up, unfortunately the box in the street had a wire cut.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Said they would came back 'nothing'&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Called won't answer&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Emailed No answer&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Chat is a waste of time as Joe (bot) tell me to call (see point 2 above)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;What more can I do...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to cancel but again no answer( can you tell I am MAD)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Love to all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tiggy X&lt;/P&gt;</description>
