    <description>I disabed ipv4 on Windows 7 Starter.&lt;BR /&gt;As expected most web sites are not loading.&lt;BR /&gt;A small number are OK, some are loading text but not graphics.&lt;BR /&gt;Guess it shows that the vast majority of them have not started on or are only part way towards ipv6&lt;BR /&gt;PB</description>
