topic Can't access the return router label in My Router

Having moved to Zen, from Plusnet, I need to return the (unused) Plusnet router. I've been to the 'manage account' page on the website, but in the return router instructions the 'request label' button is greyed out and I can't request the label. The line transferred over this morning. Will this become accessible at some point, or will some other communication from Plusnet indicate when/how/if to return the router? The box says its a 'Plusnet Hub Two'.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have now received an email from Plusnet confirming the change of service and with a return label attached, so all sorted.
