The Hub Twois great, but since having it I can’t connect it to any smart plugs or any longer use the re,pre printing function in the Epsom app. Both were working fine with my old router.

i have tried:

temporarily renaming the 2.5 and 5 ghz channels in the router

temporarily turning off 5ghz and attempting to connect the plug from the 2.5ghz

uninstalling and reinstalling the smart life app

trying to set up the plug as new plug in smartlife

is it that the hubtwo just isn’t compatible with smart plugs or remote printing? Am I trying to do something that just isn’t possible?

Are there smart plugs that do work with the hub two? Do I just have to bin the ones I’ve got and get different ones?

help…

@LS74g I find that setting things like printers back to factory default. and then reinstalling them, with the 5Ghz band switched off, if they are 2.4Ghz only, usually works. I assume, as I don't have any, that smart plugs can be similarly reset.
