Router Keeps Flashing orange - please help

Hello

My Full Fibre Router (Hub 2 I think it’s called) keeps flashing orange. I’ve tried numerous resets, turning off and on, disconnecting and reconnecting Ethernet cables and nothing whatsoever

I texted Help and the automate said they have detected the line but isn’t connecting to the router. I texted advisor for a call and ironically, Plusnet had a an issue and couldn’t connect to an advisor.

I’m losing my patience and need internet access for work etc.

I appreciate any help that can given

@Fincha67 If you are on Full Fibre, what are the lights on your Optical Network Termination box doing when this happens?

If you're on Full fibre, have got the. router WAN port connected correctly to the ONT ?

Thanks for your reply. I figured it out. Somehow the ONT was unplugged. Thanks for your help
