&lt;P&gt;If a Hub two is factory reset it will be returned to the defaults including the broadband username which is setup@plusdsl.net.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The repeat process would only occur if the HUB is connected to a live DSL or WAN connection, without a live connection it should stay at setup@plusdsl.net&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EDIT: it is worth noting if the Hub is taken to another plusnet users house when connecting it will use the account the Hub is paired to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
