Asus Ax82u (Ax5400) won't connect to internet

Ive tried everything, got the correct username and password, set the mac address to be the same as the plusnet hub one, and it's still not connecting. Tried phoning they've told me to create one of these.

Thanks for creating the post, yes we spoke on the phone a tried for about 40~ mins to get the router setup.

With no luck, we look at other posts with similar routers, do you think you could post, screenshots of the settings we were looking at earlier as that seemed to be the point of error from the other posts I have seen.

Please ensure that all your personal details such as that username is blocked out or deleted!

Update done a factory reset and it's now working.

@lynndawson the MAC address is irrelevant Plusnet do not lock a connection to a MAC address.

What type of connection do you have Fibre (fttc) or Full fibre(FTTP) ?

As @LexLex2020 says post your WAN settings page
