Plusnet Router 2 Hub

Hi. I’ve just upgraded to the Router 2 Hub on a new part fibre package.
The blue light is on as an arc at the top and bottom of the router. Is this normal or should it be a full circle.

No, you can't - the arcs are are totally by design.

It is possible to turn the lights off completely if required. The light would come on if a fault is detected
