Have not bought a mesh system yet, so your information will be very useful.

Can I replace my PlusNet Hub Two Router with a Mesh WiFi system? If so, are there any PlusNet account conditions to consider?

@Ppp welcome to the community.

There are no issues using your own mesh system in place of the supplied Hub Two.

The two considerations are:-

For Part Fibre (FTTC or SoGEA) unless the mesh systems has a built in modem you will need to use the Hub two in bridge mode.

For Full Fibre the primary mesh unit would connect directly to the Fibre ONT

In both cases a router only mesh system the WAN port would be configured for a PPPoE connection, with no VLAN tag.

Please advise which you have, plus the intended mesh system so further advice can be given if required.
