First question might be, why and what port do you need to forward to your TV box?

First set the TV box to always use the same IP address - navigate to http://192.168.1.254/my_network.htm (you'll need your admin passwod) and find the device, Click on it and click "Always use this IP address:" so it shows as yes.

Then to create a port forwarding rule navigate to http://192.168.1.254/firewall.htm
Fill in the ports etc you want forwarding and select the device you want to go to and then click the + symbol.
Click save changes and the rule is now created.
