Thanks John. I have rebooted the hub and phones, but no joy! It feels like the Twilight Zone...😂

Here's an odd one. We have a Deco Mesh system which we all usually connect to, but last week developed a fault so we had to connect direct to the Plusnet 2 hub. We all have identical phones (Google One), and my daughter and I connected fine, however for some apparently vindictive reason my wife just gets a message 'connected - No internet' Spookily it's the same on her tablet. All other devices - smart Tv, Sky etc - are also fine.

Other than Plusnet not liking her, has anyone any ideas what's going on?

Thanks

@middleofafield , Hi!

I had something similar speaking to another customer a while ago.

We had to disconnect all meshes and other connected devices that are connected wired to the router.

Then we do a factory reset on the router, pushing a pin in the back for 20 seconds.

After letting the router come back to life everything worked again, they were also getting the "connected, no internet" message on their devices.

Give this a go and let me know how it works.

Thanks,

@LexLex2020 I don't think this is quite the same scenario - the two devices the OP is having a problem with are Android wireless devices.

Unfortunately my suggestion didn't work - but I have just had another idea, @middleofafield : On the two troublesome devices - one at a time - try fogetting the home connection and then reconnecting. Again, no guarantee it will work, but to be honest it is the only one left in my arsenal. Strange that identical equipment didn't have an issue reconnecting, BTW.

I have had a similar issue, the culprit was a secondary WiFi access point with an ip address my main router did not like.

The IP address of my current router is 192.168.0.1 the access point was 192.168.1.254 changing the access point to 192.0.254 changing the single one to a zero to match the primary router fixed this.

As far as I know the Plusnet router is 192.168.1.254 so it may be worth checking the default IP of any other extender devices such as Deco units and changing their IP if its not in the same range as your primary router - you will then need to use this new address to configure it

@pint Reasonable thought, but the offending kit had previously connected, and identical kit has connected - I still think it is the non-connecting kit that has got 'confused'.
